Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks
  • You manage the performance measurement of our online and offline marketing activities, create campaign and channel reports and forecast relevant KPIs.

  • You generate new valuable leads for our sales team through your targeted Google and social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and increase our online brand awareness.

  • You analyse and optimise our customer journey, key performance indicators and marketing funnel on an ongoing basis.

  • You not only analyse and make recommendations for action, but are also passionate about implementing them yourself.

  • Together with our sales team, you plan and produce content for our sales mailings, sales campaigns and our B2B website.

  • The prepared content is placed by you in a targeted manner, receives attention and boosts the sustainable sales success as well as the turnover figures.


Completed education or studies in the field of communication / marketing / economics and at least 1-3 years of professional experience in (B2B) online marketing.


You understand Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and know how to place our content there. Ad placements, online campaigns and the targeted directing of attention is your strength.

Personality and way of working

You have a strategic mindset as well as a can-do mentality, are a team player with strong communication skills and work independently and reliably.


We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken German and English (C1).
