Parallel to all the many positive events of the last weeks and months - such as winning the German Innovation Award - our team is also growing steadily. In this blog post, we would like to introduce our new colleagues who enrich us with their expertise and skills.
Pia Ledwig is supporting CUREosity as a working student since February 2022 and is simultaneously writing her bachelor's thesis with us at the company. Her field of study is medical informatics, where she has focused on interoperability. She has already completed an apprenticeship as a registered geriatric nurse, during which time she mainly cared for people with dementia, who often suffer from additional illnesses. In the process, she noticed that playfully designed therapy offers are particularly well received - and applied to CUREosity.
Stefan De Greef joined CUREosity as Sales Manager for the Benelux market in April 2022. Stefan´s role is to establish CUREosity on the Dutch and Belgian market, create collaborations and asure customer satisfaction. He started his carreer in advertising in client service roles and strategic planning and worked in different agencies. In 2011, he went to India to work for an Indian IT services company, with european ambitions, which brought him eventually to Germany and now to CUREosity. Stefan speaks German, Dutch, English and French.
Lucy Huber joined CUREosity in April 2022 as a working student in the Art Design department and supports our marketing team in particular. Through her training as a design assistant for media and communication and various jobs in the media industry, she brings a diverse knowledge with her. Interactive media, sports and health are among her major fields of interest. This is reflected in her completed sports diploma and advanced training as an eSports manager. Since March of this year, she has been studying Game Design at the IU International University.
Jonas Funke has been completing his mandatory internship at CUREosity since the beginning of May and is primarily responsible for IT support and mobile device management. He is currently in the 8th semester of his bachelor's degree in sports and health technology at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. The content of his studies mainly deals with the interdisciplinary knowledge of biomedicine and engineering, which is relevant for example in the development of rehabilitation or medical products like CUREO.
